Menu Plan Monday

My menu planning ebbs and flows, but it's a necessity right now with a newborn and a 3-year old (that both demand feeding round-the-clock). I thought I'd share this week's menu...

Monday: Frozen fish filets w/steamed broccoli and something carby (not sure what, grocery shopping day is tomorrow)...maybe baked potatoes.

Tuesday: Baby shower for a coworker, so we'll munch there and just have a sandwich or bowl of cereal if we're hungry later. I'm making Watergate salad to take with, I think.

Wednesday: Crock pot beef tips with mashed potatoes and cooked carrots

Thursday: Chicken Parmesan Quinoa bake with side salads

Friday: Homemade Crunchwrap Supremes (DH loves these and requested them again)

Saturday: Edamame Fried Rice (my best friend is visiting and eats gluten free, so I made sure to save this recipe for Saturday, so excited to try it).
