all about the hair

If you know the nut, you know she was born with a full head of black hair. For many months she was the baby with all the hair. The first time we'd meet someone new, the comment was always "look at that hair!" We didn't mind. We liked the hair, even when it stood up straight (which was always).

The dark haired baby slowly morphed into a brown haired girl, but the hair really hasn't grown at the rate I expected. Nevertheless, she's already had several haircuts, which were more like trims. This last one Aunt Marge shortened up her bangs and added two years to her age with a few snips of the scissors.

My baby has a real haircut.
