Similar to Murphy's Law.
Heidi's Law says that whatever mom and dad want me to do, I do not want to do. Whatever they don't want me to do I am dying to do. If they want to go up, I want to stay down. If they're going down, I want to stay up.
When my sandbox is dry and semi-clean, it is not fun. But my...when Mom leaves the lid off for a week of thunderstorms the sandbox is suddenly the most exciting thing in the yard.
The worst part of it is, I didn't even give her a bath this night! I just let her play outside in the sun until she dried and then dusted her off and changed her clothes :)
